Definition

There are several off-cycle reason types:

• Off-cycle run for bonus accounting
• Off-cycle run for correction accounting
• Off-cycle run for payment of absence
• When making an advance payment for an absence in a regular period, you can choose whether to run payroll and treat the periods as original periods or retroactive periods.

If this flag is set, the off-cycle reason can be used for advance payment of an absence. The payroll periods in question are generated using original periods. If you need to run payroll for several periods, payroll will be run for each period individually.
A check or bank transfer is generated for each period.
