Specifies the reason why an off-cycle payroll run is performed. The reason corresponds to the semantic meaning of an off-cycle action.
Different calculations can be triggered during the payroll run independent of the off-cycle reason.

Procedure
For Japanese payroll accounting, you must specify the reason not only for off-cycle payroll run but also for regular payroll run.

Dependencies
The payroll reason (off-cycle reason) is linked to the pre-defined payroll category. And the payroll category defferentiate calculations performed during the payroll run.
