Definition
To store the variant for the reports used in off-cycle payroll, the reports are sorted into a technical application according to their function.
Example:
You can either use the standard SAP payroll driver or a customer copy of the payroll driver. In the off-cycle transaction, the system reads the entry in the Variants for Off-Cycle Payroll table belonging to the CALC technical application to determine the name and variant for the payroll driver.
