Definition
Indicates the percentage the employee is occupied with the higher duty. The Higher Duty Allowance amount is paid based on the percentage specified in this field.
Example
If the employee works 60% on Higher Duty and 40% Nominal, then this field has to be specified with 60. So, the amount for higher duty is paid for 60%.
