Definition
Determines how the system calculates the start date of the planned orders in the planning table if you enter quantities manually in the planning table.
The following options exist:
- The start date is set to the beginning of the period.
- The start date is calculated using data in the material master record: that is, the end date of the period minus the in-house production time defined in the material master record. The finish date of the period is always the last day of the period.
- As 2, and lead time scheduling for all planned orders. That is, for every entry in the planning table, all planned orders are planned with lead time scheduling even if you accessed the planning table without capacity planning and with basic dates determination.
