Definition
The archiving status of an employee defines the state of archiving in a particular archiving group for one employee.
Unlike the overall status of the archiving group, it represents the status of an individual employee. This status indicates if problems or errors occurred during one of the phases of archiving thus making it impossible to archive data for this particular employee.
