Definition

This month represents the period for submitting the school certificate
for the current academic year.

Use

This information is used to determine whether or not an employee will
receive special schooling assistance for the current academic year.

Procedure

If no entry is made in this field, the system will propose the month specified in constant T511K-MESLI, but the user can also enter a different month if necessary.

When assistance for special schooling or rehabilitation is requested, the system will determine this month to be 120 days after the start date of this infotype.

The procedure for requesting assistance for special schooling or rehabilitation is:

  1. The 'Disabled' checkbox for the corresponding child must be flagged in the Family/Contact person infotype (0021).
  2. When creating a record for this infotype (Schooling Assistance 0393) for requesting this special kind of schooling assistance, the start date of the infotype must be the same as the date on which the employee requests the assistance.

    Then, when the disabled child is specified in the child Number field of the infotype, the system will propose the period for submitting the certificate that corresponds to this type of assistance (120 days).
