Documentation
Definition
A work break schedule stipulates when employees can take breaks, and how long the breaks may last.
It can specify any number of breaks within the employee's planned working time, and a maximum of four overtime breaks (outwith the planned working time).
Supplementary Documentation - PAMOD 0001
Use
The break schedule allows you to enter break times regardless of defined substitution forms (time substitutions, etc.).
Procedure
Example
A substution is defined based on a daily work schedule. A break schedule is assigned to a selected daily work schedule however, the break times do not correspond to the desired break times.
Enter an individual break time for which the defined substitution is to be used.
Dependencies
Break times defined in the work schedules are not taken into account by the system if individual break times exist.
