Use
In the Infotypes - country specific settings table (T582L) the eligibility of infotypes for country groupings is determined. The with warning status means that the infotype is allowed for the country grouping with a warning.

Since there is no entry for the Personal data infotype (0002) it is allowed for all country groupings.
For the Addresses infotype (0006)the subtype Guaranter (J2) is only allowed for Japan. All other subtypes are allowed for all country groupings.
The Tax data D infotype (0012) is only allowed for the country grouping Germany. Other country groupings cannot access this infotpye.
The Test1 infotype (9000) is not allowed for Germany. All other country groupings can access this infotype.
In the Test2 infotype (9002) all subtypes are allowed for Germany, exceptthe Not DE (1) subtype. All other country groupings cannot access this infotype.
The Test3 infotype (9003) is only allowed for Germany with a warning, which means that a warning message appears during processing. All other country groupings can access this infotype.
