Procedure
Choose Mail to set the system to send a mail to the employee responsible informing them that relevant packaging data is available for processing. This data is not copied into the scheduling agreement.
Choose Mail - Copy as text to set the system to not only send a mail to the employee responsible, but copy the data as text into the scheduling agreement.
Choose Do not take into account to completely ignore packaging data. No mail is sent. The data is not copied.
Choose Copy as text to set the system to copy packaging data as text into the scheduling agreement. No mail is sent.
