Documentation
Definition
The entry in this field refers to the three employee status indicators in the "Actions" infotype. The status is always entered in concatenated form. Blanks in the status entry field must be entered as +.
Example
If you enter +0+ and Incl (for inclusive), all employees with the value '0' in status 2 are selected; these are all the employees who have left the company. If you enter +0+ and Excl (for exclusive), all employees without the value '1', '2' or '3' in status 2 are selected. These are all the employees who still belong to the company (including company retirees).
Procedure
You can enter a range for the status selection. Enter the minimum number in the left column and the maximum number in the right column.
Dependencies
If you have defined a person selection period, all personnel numbers that have been assigned to the organizational unit defined in this and other fields on at least one day during this time period will be selected. An OR link exists within a line, an AND link between lines.
