Examples
The court determines a claim amount of DM 2000 to be paid to the employee's family. The order of priority of the claim is as follows:
- Priority 1 - The most important priority on the claim is for DM 1000 is to be paid to the employee's ex-wife.
- Priority 2 - The employee must pay DM 700 towards his son's College tuition.
- Priority 3 - The employee must pay the remainder of the order, DM 300 to his son in primary school.
