Use

Select this field if you also want to display and list held purchase requisitions.

Remove this indicator if you want to filter out held documents.

Dependencies

Note:

If you execute the report using the value 'X', you are not able to distinguish between complete and incomplete documents in the list of results.

As soon as you assign a source of supply, for example, you must save the new state so that the held documents are assigned the status 'Complete'.
