Procedure
Enter a combination of controlling area and cost center. You have the possibility to enter a generic entry using * or to mask the entry using +.
Example
- Generic entry
Using entry 0001* all employees in the controlling area 0001 are selected independently of their cost center.
- Masked entry
Using entry ++++101015155 all employees in cost center 101015155 are selected irrespective of the controlling area.
Please note, when using a masked entry it is not possible to enter a range of entries, i.e. only one value may be entered at a time.
Dependencies
If you have defined a person selection period, all personnel numbers that have been assigned to the organizational unit defined in this and other fields on at least one day during this time period will be selected. An OR link exists within a line, an AND link between lines.
