Definition

Due to the increasing size of table PPOIX, it may be necessary to archive productive posting runs before the related payroll results.

By default, posting runs may only be archived if the underlying payroll results were archived.

Use

If you want to activate this function, set the value for the POST ARCHI switch to 'X'.

Dependencies

If the switch is set, it is permitted to access archived data from the PPOIX table when generating the posting documents.

This can considerably increase the runtime of report RPCIPE00. Therefore, this solution should only be activated if there is no other way to minimize table PPOIX.
