Definition

In accordance with section 14, paragraph 3 PSPA, the pension is reduced by 3.6 per cent for each year in which the public sector employee is retired before reaching the age limit. A distinction is made here between three different scenarios. By making an entry in this field, you predefine the percentage by which the pension is to be reduced, thereby overriding the automatic calculation.

If the corresponding checkbox is selected, the predefined value is used. If the checkbox is not selected, the automatic calculation is started.

This field can only be used via application "VER1" as of 01.01.2001. Before this date, payroll does not take this field into account.
