Select the Relationship of the Other Dependant with the employee. The BIR Form No. 2316 will display this information under the Other Dependants section.

If you do not select a Relationship from options provided, the BIR Form No. 2316 will display the option that you have selected under Family member, in the Family Member/Dependants Infotype (0021).

The Relationship options depend on the configurations set in the table view Family Characteristics (V_T577). You can maintain the different options through the IMG under Payroll Philippines -> Configuring Relationships for Other Dependants.
