Specify the period during which there exists a restriction on the transfer of stocks to the employee under an Employee Share Ownership (ESOW) plan.

If a vesting schedule (schedule of multiple vesting periods) exists, the company transfers stocks to an employee based on this schedule.

For example    ,

Under ESOW plan, a company grants stocks to its employee on January 11, 2003 and transfers them to the employee, based on the following vesting schedule:

• 30% of stocks, one year from the Grant Date
• 40% of stocks, two years from the Grant Date
• 30% of stocks, three years from the Grant Date
