Displays the Stock Offer Plan associated with the scheme under which the company grants stocks to an employee.
The following Stock Offer Plans are available:
- Employee Stock Option (ESOP) plan
Maintain the scheme in the IMG under Payroll Singapore -> Tax -> Appendix 8B Reporting -> Define Stock Option Scheme.
- Employee Share Ownership (ESOW) plan
Maintain the scheme in the IMG under Payroll Singapore -> Tax -> Appendix 8B Reporting -> Define Schemes for Employee Share Ownership Plan.
