Definition
Enter the date on which the company declared the deemed gains, in respect of the unexercised or restricted Employee Share Options (ESOPs), or the unvested or restricted shares under any Employee Share Ownership (ESOW) plan, for the foreign employee who has resigned from the company.
The deemed exercises date will be used for tax clearance form IR21 reporting.
