Use
Additional funds encompass institutions with voluntary contributions (e.g. SINDA) as well as institutions with mandatory contributions (e.g. SDL). To which fund contributions must be paid depends on the employee's ethnic origin.

Use
This field specifies the fund type within the CPF to which the employee has to make his contributions. Depending on the nationality and the residence status of the employee, he contributes to the CPF itself, the FWL or to the Scheme for Permanent Residents.
It is also possible that the employee is exempted from CPF contributions if an agreement has been reached with the CPF board on this matter.
