Definition
This is the percentage by which the statutory contribution rate to CPF is exceeded by a voluntary contribution.
Entries in this field specify the part amount of a voluntary contribution that the employer can recover from the employee.
The rate specified here applies to ordinary wages as well as to additional wages.
Example
The employer's contribution is 30%. The amount the employer can recover from the employee is 14%.
