Definition
This field controls whether an employee's contributions to the CPF are calculated using the standard contribution rates or whether she/he wants to make voluntary contributions exceeding the legally required ones.
Use
If you mark this field and do not enter anything in the other fields of this group, the normal CPF contribution rates will be applied to calculate the employee's CPF contribution.
Caution
If you mark this field and enter data in the other fields of this group, this data will be used to calculate the employee's CPF contribution in any case, even if contributions calculated this way are lower than the legally required ones.
