Definition
For Singapore Public Sector Pensions Scheme, the averaging of Annual Pensionable Emoluments (APE) is performed for the last 36 months before the retirement of the employee if there is a pay change due to Promotion, Reversion and Reduction due to Disciplinary Actions. This checkbox is provided for users to dictate whether the pay change reason is to be considered for the averaging of APE.
