Definition
This data element is a checkbox which defines whether the corresponding absence type is to be considered as Pensionable Service. When it is checked, it means that the relevant absence type is not to be counted as Pensionable Service.
For example, if the absence type 0210 'Illness w/o certificate' is not to be counted as Pensionable Service, this checkbox is to be marked.
