Definition
This data element is used to define the cutoff date for the joining date of an officer in order for him to be eligible to apply for certain payment options under the various pensions scheme types.
For example, for the pensions scheme type of Pensionable Officer, for officers who joined on/after the 1st January 1995, they are not eligible to opt for the Gratuity with Reduced Pension option.
