Definition

This data element defines the discounting factor to obtain the present value of the frozen amount as at cutoff date based on the number of months between the cutoff date and the normal retirement date of the employee. It is used for the scheme type 'Convert to CPF Scheme' and payment option type 'Frozen Amount'.

For example, the 'd' value for 1 month is 0.9952.

Please note that this 'd' value will be null for other scheme types and payment option types.
