As there are different scheme types and payment option types, this constant code helps to differentiate between the constant values used in the computation of the benefits for each scheme type and payment options.

For example, we have FANPN which represents the constant value used in the computation of retirement benefits for the Pensionable Officers who have opted for the Full Annual Pension payment option.
