Select this indicator if you want the system to calculate pension for the employee according to the Acting Position of the employee.
Note:
Normally, you should select this indicator only if the employee is working in the Acting Position for two or more years.
This indicator is active only if you have selected the Reason Code as Acting/Fungering.
