Procedure
Select this option if the entry date should be determined from the field Entry into group in the infotype Contract Elements.

Use
If you have entered the Entry into group date, in the Contract Elements (0016) infotype, the system uses lowest date to calculate the anniversary.

Use
In infotype Contract elements (0016), you can specify an employee's date of entry in the group in the Entry into group field.
Procedure
If the Entry into group date should be used as the calculation base for the person's seniority, you must activate the indicator.
