Procedure

If the entry date should be determined from the field Initial entry date in infotype Contract Elements then select this option.

Use

If you have entered the Initial entry date in the infotype Contract Elements (0016) the system uses the lowest date to calculate the anniversary.

Use

In infotype Contract elements (0016), you can enter an employee's initial date of entry to your enterprise in the Initial entry date field.

Procedure

The program calculates the seniority; if the initial date of entry specified in infotype Contract elements (0016) should be used as the calculation base, you must activate this indicator.
