The pay scale jump valuation type can take on the following values:

from 10 to 19: percentage pay scale jumps with percentage maximum limit;

from 20 to 29: fixed amount pay scale jumps with number and amount
maximum limit;

from 30 to 39: fixed amount pay scale jumps with fractional number
maximum limit;

from 40 to 49: percentage/amount pay scale jumps with number maximum
limit;

from 70 to 79: insurance increments due to class change.
