Definition

This field shows the days within which a given percentage of industrial accident indemnity is reimbursed by INAIL (National Insurance Institute for Industrial Accidents).

At the moment according to the regulations:

• up to 4 absence days (the accident day and the following 3 days), they are completely paid by the employer;
• from 4 till 90 days (even if not subsequent), they are 60% paid by the social security;
• over 90 days and till recovery, the percentage paid by INAIL rises to 75%.

The percentages specified here are calculated according to the daily total average pay.
