Documentation
Definition
Specifies the employee grouping applied to data for Social Balance Declaration reporting purposes.
Use
You use the employee grouping to categorize and collate employee data within a Social Balance Declaration.
Specifically, the grouping provides a means of filtering information within the results of the Social Balance Declaration (RPCSBGB0) report. The report results are prepared according to various sections; within these sections, the employee grouping can be used to further filter and analyze declaration data.
The employee grouping is used for information purposes only and is not required by the Belgian authorities.
Note that the employee grouping is not the same as employee group and sub-group values, which relate to organizational data.
Dependencies
Valid values for employee groupings are defined in the HR-BE Employee Modifier Code List (V_T5BSB13) view. For more information, see Customizing for Employee Grouping for Data Analysis.
Values for this field are returned using the Employee Grouping for the Social Balance Declaration (BESBE) feature.
