Use

You can use the relevance value to determine if an employee is included in declaration reporting, and whether they are included as an employee or an external worker. Broadly, the value determines where an employee's data is relevant, which calculations, and consequently in what declaration sections the employee's data is collated and available.

Dependencies

The system determines the employee's relevance for reporting based on the value returned by the Employee Selection for the Social Balance Declaration (BSOBA) feature for this employee.
