Indicates whether an employee is active for Social Balance Declaration reporting purposes.
Use
You use this field to determine if an employee is active for Social Balance Declaration reporting purposes.
The system determines the value for this field based on the employment status specified in the employee's Actions (0000) infotype record. The infotype employment statuses provide more detail than is necessary for Social Balance Declaration reporting purposes, where it is simply necessary to know if an employee is active or inactive. Consequently, the system maps an employee's detailed employment status to a summarized employment status for Social Balance Declaration reporting purposes.
Dependencies
Note that this field is used in the same way as the Indicator: Active (AKTIVJN) field of the HRPAY: Transparent Table (HRPY_WPBP) cluster table.
