Definition
Indicates whether a working time reduction applies to the employee, or whether the employee receives reduced remuneration (for the same work duties).
Use
This field is mandatory if a reorganizational measure is applicable.
If the employee has a recognized partial illness (RPI), you must enter 005 (Actual working hours with loss of income); this enables the Personal Calendar Generation (RPTGENB0) report to identify and process the illness. If an RPI applies, you must ensure that the preceding absence ends before the RPI begins.
In exceptional cases, an employee with an RPI absence may be subject to a different reorganization measure; these cases are not managed by the system.
Dependencies
Note that the reorganization measure type depends on the measure selected, and indicates whether it applies on a full-time or part-time basis. In exceptional cases, such as RPIs, the reorganization measure type is not applicable.
The value of this field is retrieved by the DmfA (RPCDMFB0) report for further processing and is stored in the Reorganizational measure (00051) field of the electronic DmfA file.
