Definition

Specifies a code that uniquely identifies a company, for reporting purposes.

Use

You use this field to uniquely identify your company for reports required by the Belgian authorities. The company ID is saved and submitted with the resulting report files and declarations.

If your company belongs to the public sector, this field must contain a value.

Dependencies

The value of this field is retrieved for declarations required by the Belgian authorities, as follows:

The field value is stored in the Company ID (00114) field of the electronic declaration file.

Note, this field is also used in tax reporting; the FINPROF: Advance Tax Declaration (RPCBWMB0) report and annual BELCOTAX Income Declaration (RPCBWAB0) report both require this ID.
