Definition

As of 01/01/2004, the persons that have made an official registration ashaving a legal cohabitation, will be submitted to the same tax scales asthose applying for the legally married persons.

Use

Set this indicator if the employee is legally cohabitating.

Checking the Legal Cohabitation indicator in infotype Family Member/Dependents (0021) is used as a default in the corresponding field in infotype Fiscal Data B (0101). You can either confirm this value or change it. Note that only the value in infotype 0101 has an impact on the tax calculation.
