Definition
This field specifies whether any accumuated leave days are paid in the form of a leave card for unsalaried officials on vacation.
This field is used when officials leave the company. These officials have also decided to reject payment when they are on vacation.
A leave accumulation rate of 12% is normally applied to these officials for their period of employment in the company.
If these employees then leave the company, the remaining vacation days are compensated with the rate of 12.5% (instead of 12%). This produces a difference of 0.5%.
If you select this field, the additional 0.5% is applied to the payment (in the form of a leave card) of remaining vacation days in the last accumulation year.
