Definition
This field specifies whether any accumuated leave days are paid for unsalaried officials on vacation.
This field is used when officials leave the company. These officials have also decided to reject payment when they are on vacation.
A leave accrual rate of 12% is normally applied to these officials for their period of employment in the company.
If these employees then leave the company, the remaining vacation days are compensated with the rate of 12.5% (instead of 12%). This produces a difference of 0.5%.
If you select this field, the additional 0.5% is not applied to the payment of remaining vacation days in the current year.
