Definition
This field determines whether a specific value is used to pay any accumulated vacation days for unsalaried officials who take vacation.
This field is used when certain officials leave the company. These officials have decided to reject payment during their vacation.
A leave accrual of 12% is usually accorded to these employees for the period of employment in the company.
If these employees then leave the company, the remaining vacation days are compensated with 12.5% (instead of 12%). This produces a difference of 0.5%.
If you select this field, the extra 0.5% is applied to the amount paid out for accumulated vacation days in the current year.
