Definition
As part of the year-end closing activities for payroll, PBS makes a copy of the so-called 'Company master'. From the time that the copy was made, you can (if required) suppress changes in payroll data from the old year in runs for the new year.
You can then compensate these changes with a special payroll run with off-cycle category '1' (year end run after last regular payroll run) or with the first payroll run of the new year after completing the year-end closing activities.
In this field, you enter the end of the year-end closing activities. This means that all payroll runs after this time are processed normally, that means, all changes are taken into consideration, no matter from which payroll year they originate and they are sent to the normal company master.
