This field indicates the extent to which the content of the form is modifiable. If this indicator is set for a form, customers can modify most of its content to suit their requirements.
This is important for the information that is to be printed on the PBS remuneration statement, for example. Customers have varying requirements regarding which information should be printed and therefore which information should be sent to PBS.
