Documentation
Definition
The difference between a wage type's current value and previous value for the for-period is brought forward in the retroactive period. These retroactive differences are stored in this wage type in the original period.
In the original period, the stored wage type containing the retroactive differences is added to the original wage type.
Example
The difference wage type D000 is defined for the original wage type U000, as storage wage type A000 and as collective wage type S000.
In the original January payroll (01/01) there are 5,000 DKK for U0000.
In the retroactive period for January in February (01/02), the value has increased to 5,100 DKK.
In the retroactive period, the value of U000 is set to 5,000 DKK and a retroactive difference of 100 DKK is stored in D000 and brought forward.
In the original period of the February payroll (02/02), the value 100 DKK is stored in A000.
At the same time, the accumulated retroactive differences (in this case 100 DKK) are added to the value of the original wage type (for example, 5,100 DKK for February as well) and stored in S000 as 5,200.
