Definition

As part of the year-end closing activities for payroll, PBS makes a copy of the so-called 'Company master'. From the time that the copy was made, you can (if required) suppress changes in payroll data for the old year in runs for the new year.

You can then compensate these changes with a special payroll run with off-cycle category '1' (year end run after last regular payroll run) or with the first payroll run of the new year after completing the year-end closing activities (the fields FDATE, FTIME).

If you do not want changes in the payroll results from the old year to be taken into consideration in payroll runs for the new year, you should maintain the copy date here.
