Definition
Where an employee has agreed to work in excess of the weekly working limit, the agreement made between the employer and employee may state a new limit.
An employer is required to keep records showing which workers have signed an opt-out agreement, the conditions that apply to the agreement, and the actual hours worked by each employee who has made an agreement.
