Enter any of the following relevant options:

• The employee has not applied for Worker Registration Certificate (WRC)
• The employee has applied, and the employer has a copy of the application. If the employee was not exempt, but had applied, that is, sent an application, but not yet received the WRC, then the employer must keep a copy of the application.

Note

You have to choose any of the above mentioned options only if the WRC registration number is not available for the employee. As soon as the employee has received the WRC the employer can enter the number and the employer should take a photocopy/scan.
