Definition

Date that the placement of the adopted child ended.

Use

Enter in this field the actual date that the placement of the adopted child ended.

This field allows you to enter a date for the end of the adoption placement that is earlier than the expected end of the placement. This may occur, for example, if the placement is unsuccessful or the adopted child dies. In this situation, the employee is entitled to receive a further eight weeks Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP).

Dependencies

Entering a date in this field will generate a further eight weeks SAP for the employee in payroll , and the date contained in the field Expctd. end date MPP will be automatically changed to a date eight weeks after the date entered in this field.
