The date entered in this field is used to determine the priority sequence to be applied when there is more than one court order/student loan for an employee.

In England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, priority depends on the type of court order and the date on which it was issued. In Scotland, however, priority depends on the type of court order and the date on which it was received. This field can therefore contain either the date issued or date received.
